Positions Lead/Manager - Business Development (For Male Candidates)

Role & Responsibilities:

* Identify prospects for Assessments, Training, Certification & Consulting
* Make presentations and proposals for the services
* Gathering Requirements from Customers
* Meet and pitch to our prospective leads and work towards converting the same into sales
* Proactively discover and engage high value potential leads with the objective of making them our customers.
* Focus on Key Account Management & Growth
* Coordinating Solution Development for Customers and with subject matter experts
* Submitting Proposals and Handling Client Discussions
* Contractual Closure, and Client Negotiations Analyzing, Reporting on Sales and Targets

* Excellent communication & presentation skills
* Strong sales & negotiation skills
* Minimum 1.5-5 yrs of experience in business development with IT, consulting, Learning services .
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
