Be the thought leader & SME across the Insurance Industry & act as a change agent in articulating solution and transformation capability in the key areas of Core insurance , Policy admin and management , claims and settlement, risk and fraudfront , Digital transformations, Channel management and compensation etc.
The individual will lead the business development efforts in a key set of strategic client set called focus accounts. & be responsible for creation, identification & qualification of pipe line & position the right set of cross brand solutions from the global /local repository and help brands close these opportunities .
Identify key strategic clients to pursue within the client set in the sector and align with brands all key pursuits. Identify new buyers , business head and CXOs of key business heads to converse
Responsible for achievement of key metrics for the sector signings, revenue
Create a solution portfolio for the market leveraging global, local assets and capabilities.
Thought leader in the insurance sector life and non life ( at least one is essential)
Proved record of delivering solutions to this sector( delivery )
Industry expertise, consulting capabilities and selling of insurance solutions, client contacts at the CXO level
At least one transformation success in the industry eg digital, social, analytics etc
Preferable from the insurance industry having worked for a insurer in a LOB or or the technology side
Experience & Qualification :
Preferably engineer MBA, with at least 15 to 20 yrs experience in the BFSI Industry out of which at least 15 yrs should have been in designing and selling Insurance solutions to key life insurance and Non life clients in Public & Pvt sector.
Should have extensive background core insurance, claims, policy admin, channel management and distribution , Digital insurance etc.
