Job Description

-Create client database on my independent ability..
- Meeting clients and ensuring emplacement.
- Ensure requirements from clients on a regular basis.
- Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences.
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.(Description, salary, timing ,expectations, etc)
- Managing the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made and negotiations between the client and candidate, such as salary and joining formalities, and provide feedback before and after interviews.
- Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates
- Ensuring quality service to the client by providing right candidates.
- Sourcing and screening profiles, before forwarding to the clients.
- Follow up with the processed clients for a feedback.
- Interacting with the client
