5)Conduct Requirement Gathering sessions with key Stake Holders and End User Groups to understand the project specifications from their perspective
6)Gather and prioritize business requirements
7)Collating the requirements and Preparation of Business Use Cases, Business process workflows etc.
8)Aiding conceptual, architecture and design effort with regards to user experience and usability engineering Managing internal and external project communications such as Business Projections, project reviews and milestones, Sprint Demos to client.
9)Effectively translating requirements to the Development team and act as an interface between Business and the development team
10)Coordinating project reviews and project milestones.
Identifying and Analyzing test plans and performing risk assessment.
11)Assist in Unit, System and Integrated Testing
Carry out Project Documentation
12)User education and training (if necessary)
Ensure sign-off from client at various levels.
Monitor the support queue, address all functionality related issues independently and assign incidents that are technical in nature to a developer within the Scrum team.
Track the progress of all incidents until closure
