Looking out for a Manager or an AVP with experience in FP&A and Cost management strategies for a very Senior Position with a Client ( BPO Leading MNC) in Chennai. Preferably post graduate from BPO/KPO/Shared service set up of renowned organization.
The Controllers day to day job responsibilities will include working with the global organization as a business partner, analyzing financials, and providing proactive financial support. The position requires a strong individual who is, highly skilled in working with a variety groups, both administrative and operational. This person needs to be adept at strategic thinking and problem solving. The role will involve coordinating the budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting of all activities and expenditure across the organization. Responsibilities include the end to end financial stewardship and management of the business planning process and to support the business with proactive and timely reporting and tracking of costs and projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reports, analyzes and interprets financial, operating and sales information for management which could include trend analysis, budget versus actual, etc.
Identifies and notifies management of areas that need process improvements as well as areas that could gain cost efficiencies.
Creates or assists with the monthly financial review presentation as well as management reporting forecast and budget.
