Work closely with business sponsors, users and other stakeholders to collect and define requirements
Determine and implement standards and processes related to the gathering and documentation of project requirements
Assist in the design and assessment of the proposed solution
Produce clear and concise Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification (FS), SRA, SRS etc .
Present well designed and informative presentations to communicate and influence users in decision making.
Have primary skills of project management: to assist in planning and estimates, to track the deliverables vs requirements, to drive the project on deadline and schedule.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
Communicates effectively with business-partner to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
Seeks and participates in personal development opportunities above and beyond training required.
Good experience working on any of these domains like:-
A) Cards & Payments
B) Retail Banking
C) AML (Anti Money Laundering
D) Commercial Leasing

Capability of interviewing different stakeholders to determine their explicit and in-explicit needs.
Effective Communication and facilitation skills
Capable of analyzing problem.
