Customer Analytics Consultant with BAO you will assist clients in the strategy, design and development of analytical solutions to improve the accuracy of their decision making and drive increased business value.
* Deep understanding of client's analytics needs.
* A minimum of 6 years experience in the definition, design and delivery of customer analytics or data-driven communication solutions.
* Sound Business Transformation skills and experience.
* Sound Information Management and Analytical skills and experience.
* Evidence of the ability to deliver 'leading edge' data-driven marketing strategies and solutions.
* Demonstrated use of the following skills:
o Program Management /Roadmap /Governance
o Business Case Development & Value Realisation for customer analytic solutions
o One of more of the leading solutions for analytical marketing, including Unica, SAS Customer Intelligence, Teradata TCRM, Oracle Siebel Marketing or Chordiant
o Business Process Re-Engineering/Business Process Information Enablement
o Functional Expertise/Industry Expertise
o Change Management
* Demonstrated use of skills, experience, intellectual capital and an integrate set of methodologies to solve client business problems.
