Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
BE or Equivalent
Experience from technical roles focusing on system integration is a required experience for this role
10-12 years of experience in Mobile Money, Real time Billing, Charging, Mediation, Provisioning, Convergent Charging and CRM applications delivery/development experience.
Proven experience in defining end-to-end solutions for online, offline and converged charging
Experience in putting together commercial proposals.
At least 5 years experience working in a direct customer-facing role in a technical sales role. Ability to realize customer requirements into configuration, adaptations and customizations. Ability to take lead and drive technical customer discussions.
At least 3 years experience in Services costing & business proposal experience in BSS solutions
At least 5 years experience as Solution Architect for large-scale Billing, Charging or Converged Solutions.
Should have knowledge on over BSCS iX2 or iX4 architecture, products, service tariffs and Interfaces
Should have thorough coding/ configuration knowledge in BSCS.
Should have sound knowledge in BSCS Data Model, Data Migration ,Business process flow
Should be involved in at least 2 Billing implementations & integration experience with other applications
Knowledge on - business configuration/PX/S&T, FIH to BGH functional and technical knowledge and experience on JAVA/J2EE, DB and pro*c/C+
Functional and analytical knowledge on following is must: FIH to BGH
Experience on handling and providing recommendation for incidents, meeting SLA's on time and schedule
Interaction with client for business critical incidents and providing RCA and follow-up with problem tickets / product bugs.
Knowledge of BSCS batch processes like FIH,RIH,PRIH,RLH, BCH etc.
