Job Description

- Develop and implement Brand Positioning and Communication strategy; manage advertising agency relationships.

- Develop and implement Media Strategy; manage media agency relationships.

- Build marketing plans/calendar, achieve buy-in from stakeholders and execute.

- Lead brand partnerships and activations.

- Manage celebrity interactions where required.

- Work closely with Digital marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention, repeat purchase etc.

- Liaise with various functions across the organization to devise and execute various sales promotion activities.

- Develop competitive strategies, achieve buy-in from stake-holders.

- Monitor ROI and work towards enhancing the same.

- Commission market research and intelligence to support the strategic/tactical initiatives in the Marketing Plan.

Must-have experience/criteria for role:

- Proven track record of customer obsession.

- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.

- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- Post Graduate in Marketing from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institutes with excellent knowledge of brand management principles & practices and brand strategy development

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to evaluate and extrapolate from research results .
