Job Description

- Develop a marketing strategy to meet business growth objectives

- Ensures carrying of qualitative and quantitative market research on consumer buying behavior, ad recall, packaging design.

- Ensure a strategic rolling brand plan of 3 to 5 years.

- To identify and define the key branding elements and to ensure that they are delivered by either of the channels, such as, media, creative, packaging and other.

- Successfully handling existing product and launching new product.

- Innovation product and packaging development.

- Implementation of consumer and trade promotions

- Brand creative development.

- Thorough review of all marketing activations.

- All aspects of budgets for achieving top line and bottom line.
