Job Description

Key Accountabilities :

Development, validation, delivery and evaluation of product blends, packaging, communication, Media & PR activities and Ground activation to support ATL. Drive geography & SKU mix strategy for sustainable growth. Responsible for Contributory Margin, Brand Health indicators and topline of the brand.

Budget/Revenue Responsibility:

A&P Spend responsibility ranging from INR 15 - 25 Cr / annum managing a brand of ~ Rs. 100 Cr

Experience Required :

5- 7 years of experience,must have 2- 3 years of premium category sales / channel marketing experience , 2-3 years of brand marketing experience
Knowledge and experience of Market Research methodolgy, consumer insight generation tools, brand health metrics, product and packaging development cycles, understanding of financial & distribution metrics and levers to drive improvement. Ability to drive, evaluate and optimize ATL and BTL spends.

Essential Qualifications:

MBA from a premier B-school.
