Job Description

*Sales of job site to enterprise & mid-market segment across the assigned territory
*Ability to identify the new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy at the branch/regional level
*Respond to elevated customer service complaints
*Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis
*Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenue
*Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch
*Delegating the targets to the team to ensure the overall branch target achievement
*On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
*Managing the daily sales and non-sales operations at the branch level

People management:

*Manage a team of 7 - 12 employees

Sales Operations:

*Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary action
*Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region compliance
*Managing the team member's plan and implement the monthly and annual sales targets

- Full time MBA from Premier B School
- 10 + year in the sales function in job portal industry(preferably).
