Responsible for audit in Branch.
Periodic checking and monitoring of high-risk areas.
Reading of circulars and explaining the same in Daily Work Meetings.
Handling Customer queries and complaints & escalations at the Branch.
Periodical checking of Deliverables and Inventory Management at Branch.
Co-ordinating with the Back Office Team and Branches, monitoring of Office/
Suspense Accounts for pending entries.
