Key elements of the job
Responsible for achieving the Sales Plan, GM% and OP for the branch.
Responsible for ensuring the Sales Management and other operations of the branch.
Achieve all branch P&L targets of the business, maintain inventory levels to the optimum level to support sales for fast selling products.
Ensure compliance to Commercial, Credit management, Order Management and Business Reporting and Review Processes of the organization.
Ensure that technical competency is always maintained as per the set benchmarks.
Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered with the branch and increase Revenue Per customer, reduce customer leakage to the optimum level, ensure high customer satisfaction level.
Drive the team to register and add new customers every month.
Visit customers regularly with the sales team and drive relationship with top 20 Customers of the Branch.
Ensure achievement of Product Category sales as per the plan for each category.
Build and drive core sales capabilities in the branch
Recruit and manage high performance branch teams;
Monitor Competitor Activity and report the same, continuously increase the market share of the branch.
Manage ongoing sales and strategic planning and monitor progress against same
Work closely with national and regional leadership team to modify strategy
Work closely with product management team to influence product strategy
