Job Description

We are looking for the candidate who can perform the following roles and responsibilities.
a. Sales & Distribution
Overall responsibility/ Accountability for increasing Branch sales, profitability and market share of the Company products.
Allocation & monitoring of Sales Targets to Territories/ Sales Team under him
To monitor and control Outstanding Dues (OD) and ensure timely collection of payments.
To study competitor activity in the Branch and provide strategic inputs to Marketing team/ HO Sales for better product development etc.
Communication and execution of Trade Discount Schemes & Trade Incentive Schemes to Channel partners.

b. Distribution Network Management
Develop & grow the distribution network of the Branch to achieve Distribution Network Management (DNM) targets.
Regular visit to existing distributors as per the monthly / weekly schedule.
After Sales Service
Ensure through Area Service In charge that all service related issues of the Branch are addressed as per timelines defined.
People Management
Manpower budgeting and planning for the branch basis business potential.
Source & shortlist candidates against vacant position and recommend the same to HO for finalization.
Assess & manage peoples performance in line with company policies.
Train & develop the team on company policies & products so as to enable them to perform better.

Note: - Candidates with good exposure in channel sales in small domestic appliances is mandatory.
