. Monitoring Branch Sales Targets and conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with sales team to achieve them.
. Attaining allocated annual operating profits and managing profitability and productivity of the Branch.
. Handling team of Privilege Bankers, Value Bankers, Branch Operation Manager, Tellers, CSM, BSM and Officers.
. Supervising key areas including Crossell, sales & marketing, business development, team management, cost management, revenue generation and maintaining client relation.
. Marketing of third party products and Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with key accounts.
. Managing administration and operation of the Branch.
. Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance issues.
