Responsible for branch operation.
Overall responsible for ensuring all sales targets of the branch are met with.
To allocate the branch target quarter/month wise and periodically review the progress.
To support the recruitment of Agency Development Managers and Agents
To drive key initiatives to increase market reach and growth of branch.
To emphasize on talent retention and managing attrition.
Qualification, Skills & Knowledge:
Candidate must be a Graduate.
Should have 5+ years sales experience, preferably in Life Insurance.
Should have experience in handling branch operations and front line sales team.
Should have strong leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
