Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service, Customer Relationship Management and supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs.
Handling a team of diversified fields in Sales, Credit, Operations, Accounts, Collections and Branch Administration.
Maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Motivating the team to achieve their targets in sales, recovery and for giving good and timely services to customers.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Continuous review performance of the team and motivate them to improve their productivity on an ongoing basis
Complaint handling.
Review branch operations reports .
Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations and Procedure.
Periodic review of progress Vs objectives.
Extraordinary presentation, negotiation & Leadership skills, with strong analytical abilities. Revenue generators by cross-selling Gold, Mutual funds, General insurance, Life insurance, IPO's FDs Home Loans, Car Loans.
Focus on increasing deposits business through savings and fixed deposits
Coaching; performance management; and career development of staff.
Responsible for Strategic Planning & Execution, Profit centre / Branch operations, Sales Planning / Implementation, Achieve sales targets / Enhance market shares, Build customer relationships - inspire confidence/ credibility, Communication, interpersonal & networking skills.
