Ensure the proper documentation according to the audit requirement to maintain the quality of the process.
Support in all statutory compliance related matters
To ensure business induction to all new joinees
Co-ordination with different departments for operation purposes

Team Retention & motivation
Regular analysis on the performance of team members and sharing the feedback.
Help conceptualize, formulate, implement and monitor recruiting strategies across the region as per organizational structure, existing capabilities and business plans.
Commercial support in terms of billing, collections and Branch expenses
