JD & responsibilities:
1.Have to Handle the team of RMs &Dealers, motivate them guide them and generate the business through them.
2.Have to handle all the operational work for the branch and to maintain the appropriate atmosphere in branch.
3.Implementation of marketing strategies for market penetration in the designated area.
4.Identify prospective clients thereby to enhance business from existing customers and generate business from new customers.
5.Have to Cultivate and grow large scale relationships for new Customers.
6.Direct sales and managing marketing operations to increase Business Volume and Revenue by selling, Equity, Commodities, Currency segment, Life Insurance, Mutual Fund, NCDs, General Insurance.
7.Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products with the company resolving customers queries within agreed authority.
8.Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
9.To contact clients periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated. Also, to review their investment needs to determine whether market changes, life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for portfolio reassessment
10.Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
11.Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner.
12.Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
