Would be responsible to handle a team of Sales Force
To help achieve branch targets through team of Business Development Manager's, Development of the sales network.
Assist BDM's in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the Branch/city.
Making Joint sales call with the of Sr BDM's / BDM's, when required and develop/hone their selling skills.
Provide leadership and management for the of Sr Sales Managers / Sales Managers and Asst Sales Managers
Establish and maintain high standards of sales quality, as measured by productivity, customer complaints and repeat business.
Responsible for recruitment of consultants to agreed profiles and within the stipulated time frame so as to achieve Business plan targets for the Branch.
Establish activity and sales reporting mechanisms to Company standards
Candidate should be from Exhibitions/Events/Trade fair industry background with branch handling exposure.
Experience : 5 to 12 years
