To drive and regularly monitor the relationship team.
To source SME, MSME and Large Segments for Factoring portfolio developing and managing the relationship.
To source clients for LC discounting and ensure maximum utilization.
To coordinate with Business heads, Operations Team, Credit & Legal Team to ensure smooth functioning of back end process.
To acquire new clients through existing networks, consultants and cold calling.
To make amendments in existing facility based on the clients business requirement.
To review the existing client annually and monitor closely, to ensure geniuses of transaction.
To help the team in negotiating and the closing the deals.
To coordinate with the field surveyors for successful completion of survey on factorable client and debtor.
To apprise new proposals & evaluate credit risk associated (for Domestic & Export clients)
To handle legal documentation for facilities sanctioned, assessing client for mortgage creation and other legal activities.
To raise credit memo for enhancing the customer sub limits.
To negotiate Inland L/cs with banks, liaison with operations team for Disbursal and Monitoring payments on due dates.
Education Qualification - Post Graduate Business Degree
10+ years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Institution
Multi Language capability would be an advantage
Should have strong market knowledge and network in the market catering to.
The person shouldve basic financial understanding, and to be street smart.
Experienced in meeting new clients, maintaining relationship with existing client & screening new clients for the facility.
The ideal person should be marketing oriented guy with financial background.
Should have ability to handle team
