Job Description

Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability , ensuring high Quality service and Customer Relationship Management .
Own all Branch-Banking Objective and overall Branch Supervision .
Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and Cross Sales .
Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of High Net Worth customer Programs.
Ensure all components of branch Sales model function as per management guidelines.
Review Branch Operation Reports , Review Vault Register , Suspense and Dummy Accounts .
Branch Merchandising & coordination with Marketing at Product Level.
Ensure compliance with Banking Rules , Regulation & Procedures.
Periodic review of progress versus Objective
Ensure clarity of Business objective among staff
Ensuring Proper Running of Clearing House at the Location .
