- Business Development, Planning & coordination for execution and also coordination with the client
- Preparation of DPR on various infrastructure projects and presentation of the same to the concerned Central/ State Govt. Deptts./ Agencies for approval
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
- Preparation of Bid Documents including financial modelling and drafting of documents
- Bid Process Management including evaluation of bids.
- B.E. (Civil) with MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
- Consulting engineering and management
Should have experience in:
- Preparation of Concept Plan/ Detailed Project Reports/ Project Information Memorandum
- Project financing/ structuring/ financial modelling/ project appraisal
- Preparation of Bid Documents and Bid Process Management
- Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
- Should have good communication, report writing skill and presentation ability
- Experience in coordinating a professional team
- Should have leadership quality
