Job Description


The US IT Staffing Head will be responsible to Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition. In other words, the Staffing Head simply needs to develop "warm leads" with pre-existing relationships with our existing clientele who currently utilize our services for their current Human Resources, Payroll, Safety and Workers' Compensation needs. Talent is also responsible for networking, sourcing, interviewing and successfully matching professional candidates to client profiles to fulfill client orders for temporary, temp-to-hire and specific permanent positions.


  • 8+ year in the staffing industry or experienced in high volume corporate staffing

  • The right candidate must be a confident Self-Starter with experience in staffing services & must have a high degree of drive to motive the entire team.

  • Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts.

  • Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Get involved in complete Sales/BD/Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.

  • Involved in Vendor contract signing and client Relationship management and generate Leads/ Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.

  • Apply the company's core values and beliefs of team spirit, customer focus, responsibility and entrepreneurship to provide the maximum benefit to our workforce.

  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.

  • Develop and maintain leads in database of prospective clients.

  • Drive pipeline targets through demand creation.

  • Train Associates on the time card process and work with branch coordinator to process payroll.

  • Ensure company policy as well as federal and state employment law compliance.

  • Negotiate pay rates to maintain GM%.

  • Interview, screen, and test applicants to determine their skill set and individual characteristics to assess placement opportunities.

  • Market new business by placing recruiting ads and participating in trade shows/job fairs.

EDUCATION & Skills required:

  • College Degree in related field preferred

  • Should have zeal to work in the global scenario

  • Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with American clients

  • Should have good communication and convincing skills.
