Team Handling Profile, To achieve the organization goal for the assigned branch(s)/geography in terms of revenue and to maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in that Branch/geography.
Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue.
Handling day to day activities of channel management, team management and sales management.
Interact regularly with the channel partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.
Experience required: 2+ years with team handling experience (at least team of 3-4 people) in the banca channel, preferably in the insurance industry. Candidates from other BFSI companies in the banca channel are also fine.
