Job Description

Drafting & Documentation: Drafting & whetting of all Legal Documents encompassing business activities of the Group. 1. Responsible for all legal documentation primarily for Real Estate transactions- Preparation of complicated legal drafts/ templates & vetting of legal documents & deeds.


Strategic counseling on Legal, Contractual and Regulatory issues relating to real estate portfolio and borrowing of the firm

Managing and Liaisoning with authorities and statutory bodies

Overall responsibility of Legal affairs relating to all activities of NBFC

To provide Legal advice on all legal matters to the management
Conducting due diligence and verifying documents

Support the Real Estate lending team with all legal aspects
