Job Title:

AVP Talent Acquisition Specialist (Graduate & Professional Resourcing)

Role Summary:

  • Responsible for Graduate and Intern recruitment for organisation Centre and organisational (Global Transaction Banking , Technology and Operations, Risk)
  • Support Professional resourcing for Infrastructure Functions
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders; driving the graduate recruitment strategy for Centre organisation.
  • This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual who will be viewed by their clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring a best practice and innovative approach to recruiting is adopted.

Role Description:

  • Manage the entire Graduate Resourcing process from building the candidate pool, selection process to closing
  • Manage the relationship with the relevant Business Heads and COOs,
  • Campaign implementation and coordination with Employer Brand & Marketing
  • Maintain and manage the School Team Recruiting Models to ensure business engagement at the most senior levels
  • Responsible for university relations( particularly hands on for organisation)
  • Responsible for intern pipeline program
  • Work with regional team to co-ordinate international marketing recruiting roadshows with other regions as appropriate
  • Ad hoc regional and global Resourcing projects as required
  • Running interview days and wrap up sessions
  • Management of targets, MIS for division s coordinating with other regional recruiters and global resourcing relationship manager
  • Attend on-campus presentations and targeting events, as per business requirements
  • Drive Diversity initiatives and monitor targets throughout year, on constant look out for new ways to expand channels to market to widen diverse candidate pools

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Good technical understanding of graduate market and process
  • Technical knowledge of banking and divisions supporting
  • Strong people skills in order to deal with line and candidates
  • Disciplined around best practise and data integrity
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools
  • Ability to relate and "connect with" graduate and post graduates
