Overall Admin in charge for 3 centers managing administrative functions including Facilities Management, Logistics, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Security standards, Vendor Development, Catering Management
Conceptualizing, structuring, and running of employee / infrastructure services in a most cost effective manner
Ensuring smooth business operation on a 24 X7 environment
Establishing and maintaining great working relationships with peer dept IT , HR , Finance
New Expansion / project management and oversight Technical services competence.
Close coordination with finance in the selection of vendors, Managing budgets ( Negotiation skills.
Coordinating with govt./statutory/regulatory bodies. (PEZA , BPAP ) on facility related matter s
Compliance's both legal / statutory and physical security in accordance with Origination global security policies
General day to day office Administration and running Facility management services House keeping , security , on site electro-mech maintenance.
Coordination with landlord for ensuring smooth premises support services HVAC / Aircon , Electrical power supply and installations , DG back up , fire detection and fighting system.
