Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Design and Implementation
Governance, monitoring and compliance role and shall monitor the various governance, Risks & compliance related matters
Work closely with the Quality & process managers from SI/MSP/OEMs/Vendor teams to improve Quality of IT services and implement process improvements based on periodic reviews.
Ensuring adherence to Policies, procedures and Standards in the organization through regular audits, quality checks etc.
Conduct audits as per defined calendar on own or with Managed Service Providers (MSP)
Close coordination with concerned teams for closure of non-compliances, observations till their closure
Management of IT Controls
Reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the risk management controls and processes
Monitor compliance to processes and identify improvement areas and work with vendor team to implement the improvements
Take ownership for improving Governance & Compliance framework within the ambit of IT Infrastructure Management
Work independently to review and improve IT governance mechanism, processes etc.
Support the IT operations Manager in ensuring policy compliance, process adherence etc.
Work with Vendor team to identify new risks and drive action to ensure successful closure of all High Risks
Reviewing the management of key risks w.r.t internal processes as well as deliveries from external vendors, outsourced service partners etc.
Take ownership for ensuring that internal controls are in place and operating effectively
Undertaking specific independent audit assurance reviews (for example, post-incident, major change proposals)
Conducting internal audits to review IT risk and compliance.
Organizing external audits to review IT risk and compliance.
Review IT Policies and recommend changes required in line with the emerging trends in IT Service Management and new business requirements
Assisting other teams in meeting control and quality objectives
Provide relevant inputs to the Technology teams with respect to selection of vendors w.r.t. quality standards requirements
Collaborate with other functions in the development of Processes & procedures
Periodic review and revisions of processes, SOPs etc.
