- Would be expected to work as HR Business Partner on all HR Strategic & Operational aspects including Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Appraisals etc.
- Will be expected to design & implement all HR policies, manuals, initiatives
- Graduates / MBAs aged 35-45 with relevant experience of which recent years must be in organizations having multi-locational regional / branch offices.
- Must be very strong in strategic & operational HR. Must be currently having role of HR Business Partner.
- Must be capable of and willing to work independently.
