We are looking out for someone with degree in CA/MBA Finance.
Must come with experience in Financial planning & Analysis, budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for operations(head count).
Must be someone from MNC Bank, BPO or Shared service set up.
Should have 8 to 12 years experience.

1. Business Management support to Operations executive based in Mumbai
2. Governance on headcount and expenses for operations
3. Drive projects and efficiency initiatives across operations and finance team
The position is based in Mumbai and will cover the following activities:
Provide timely and accurate FINANCIAL reporting; monthly business reviews that provide clear, impactful explanations of operating results and variances based on relevant business drivers; help ensure expense goals are achieved
Support management in preparing workforce analytics such as capacity modeling, functional taxonomies and activity analysis tied to key operational metrics
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Manage annual budget and periodic (monthly) forecasting processes
Review expenses and identify potential reductions in the cost base to streamline business processes and improve profitability
Strong exposure to business management and FINANCIAL reporting; Implement controls and best practices to ensure efficient, timely and accurate financial reporting
Play a proactive role in enhancing the current BAU processes
Adhoc requests and projects.
The role is an individual contributor role and may not involve direct people management
