This position is for Avaya Contact Center in Voice with 3-7 years of experience. This person will help indesign, implement, configure and analyse completely into architectural profile.
In depth knowledge of Voice and networking technologies
Experience in managing large / medium Contact center deployment and solutions handling
Strong working knowledge in Avaya Voiceand Avaya IP Telephony
Expertise in Voice network and ability to design, implement, configuration and troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge in Voice / VoIP transport like E1 / T1 / SIP / SBC and other Transport services
Good knowledge in Voice loggers
Ability to apply a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of technical concepts, practices and procedure.
Solid written, presentation and verbal communication
Understanding of LAN and WAN operation
Ability to lead projects and drive team. (SA/M/SM)
Education: A full-time 15 years degree in B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / BCOM / BBM/ MCA/ Diploma(15yrs)
