Job Description

Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement workplans to meet the needs of various practice areas
Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, in-house sourcing team, etc.)
Manage recruitment process
Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources
Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:

Create job descriptions
Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions
Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads
Create/place/update job postings
Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.
Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules
Resolve open issues employee referrals
Negotiation with both candidates and client service professionals
Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (RMS)
Manage recruiting costs effectively

Professional Qualification: MBA
