Job Description

Your responsibilities

Responsible for Net Demand Plan which is derive from Latest Estimate during annual budget exercise.
Responsible for Master Production Schedule to optimize capacity utilization.
Monitor and follow up closely schedule adherence, production backlog and customer due date.
Responsible for Order Fulfillment and execution to ensure on time delivery.
Responsible for Order Management and execution to ensure on time delivery.
Ensure material availability at the right quantity, right time and right material.
Ensure inventory is kept at optimum level, in order to minimize excess and obsolete stocks.
Responsible for Third Party or Inter-Company Procurement.
support New Product Launching or Product Phasing-In/ Phasing-Out.
Ensure master data (eg.: Material, Customer and Vendor Master) are properly maintained.
Analyze Actual Sales against Sales Forecast on monthly basis.
Take part in Supply Team rollout activities on continual improvement process, process optimization and system integration as and when is required.
Manage SCM balance score card (financial/cost, service level) or KPI.

Your expertise

Bachelor 's Degree or Master's Degree with at least 5 years of related working experience in SCM.
Well versed with Net Demand Plan, Order Fulfillment & Management.
Familiar with Master Production Schedule.
Requires a basic knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in a professional field.
Familiar in supporting New Product Launching or Product Phasing In/Phasing Out.
Begins to use standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
