Scope of the role :
This role will provide global, cross-divisional, cross-regional and cross-functional job evaluations for the levels under the scope of responsibility. Accountable to provide accurate technical job evaluations while maintaining the consistency within the organization globally.
- Deliver job evaluations in the frame of reorganizations in close cooperation with Line Leaders, HR BP- s, the Job Evaluation Team and Compensation Solution Team.
- He should be having effective communication and handles carefully stakeholder management listening to business input.
- Maintain documentation for the handled cases and ensure HR Core reflects correctly the validated global job codes.
- Deliver high quality output for efficient C&B, Talent Management, Staffing and HR Systems interdependencies.
Education & experience required:
- University degree / Graduate degree
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
