Associate Vice President (Engagement Marketing)

They create products that make shopping interactive, fun, & enjoyable by using the latest in technology in Mobile , Retail & Retail Technology
Behind the products, run smart systems that learn & understand customers' shopping behaviors.
Retailers use their products to sell efficiently & optimize their products, stores & staff.
Location : Mumbai

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or Bachelor in Marketing / Retail Management from a Tier 1 college
3 to 5 years work experience in Digital Marketing Agency or Consumer Internet company

Duties & responsibilities:-

Create, identify & understand consumer segments that are relevant for the product, towards whom engagement & sales campaigns will be directed
Develop campaigns, end-to-end (digital on-ground BTL & ATL) with a goal to increase product use & engagement leading to sales
Implement marketing campaigns across all channels with effective use of budget to generate maximum sales
Track the performance of campaigns against metrics such as reach, click throughs & sales among others
Optimize campaigns to boost performance & document learning
Build organization capability (team & knowledge) to create Indias best & most effective customer engagement programs
Building the best customer engagement program that enables customers to become passionate brand advocates, while also driving sales
Work with the Brand Growth team to manage & monetize all marketing real-estate on the product & effectively use it to generate revenue & engagement
Actively partner & collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market & individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message & focus across all consumer touch points


A great understanding & a strong interest in the retail / ecommerce sector, brand awareness & retail trends
A great understanding of digital, BTL & ATL channels for consumer engagement
Excellent communication, creative & interpersonal skills - Ability to build, manage & mentor large teams
A customer centric, creative & analytical problem-solving mindset
Curious about macro consumer trends & consumer behavior on digital channels
A penchant for being data driven & a stickler for analyzing & improving every activity
