The Associate -- Talent Acquisition will be responsible for filling up the job openings at Cituis Minds. They will work on different job portals and use different sources to get access to the suitable candidates for different job openings. The Associate -- Talent Acquisition job will include sourcing and screening the resumes, reviewing candidate's job experiences, negotiating salaries, closing the positions within the TAT and placing candidates in agreeable employment positions.

Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
Working with hiring managers on recruitment planning meetings.
Creating job description and do the job postings on portals and different networking sites.
Developing and Executing Recruiting Plans.
Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Coordinating and implementing college recruiting initiatives and maintaining rapport.
Leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the TAT.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Building networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Improving the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
Researching new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
Using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting placement agencies, using newsgroups and job sites.
Aiding public relations in establishing a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
Creating contacts within Industry.
Maintaining regular contact with possible future candidates.
Taking care of the campus recruitments, coordinating with the placement cells.
Attending career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
Developing working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
Giving presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
Conduct prescreening interviews.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
Writing and forwarding rejection letters.
Interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
Preparing and sending offer packages.
Preparing and sending new employee orientation schedule.
Managing new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
Managing intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
Accomplishing human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Acquiring the right candidate, MIS, HRIS, Resume data bank.
Should be able to handle recruitment for entry, middle and senior level positions.
Should be Consultative in nature.
