Job Description

Responsibilities
Leverage approved processes to resolve customer-facing issues such that they meet Service Level Agreements.
In close collaboration with a cross-functional team, plan and prioritize resolution of customer reported issues
Create and maintain reports to accurately describe customer reported issues and the status of those issues
Act as representative for the customer providing input on application documentation, training materials and product features/functionality Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with customers
Qualifications & Experience
QA/support analyst experience
Prior experience in digital media
Basic Linux capabilities
Basic SQL, advanced Excel and Office applications
Understand complex technical problems
Excellent technical writing skills
Ability to accurately and concisely document complex and report it in a meaningful format
Prior experience with support tools (e.g. ServiceDesk, Zendesk)
