Job Purpose / Role:
Handling Corporate WAN and Hero Connect WAN
* SLA based support and services for all Location
* Ensure all locations issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
* Implementation of new infrastructure and up gradation
* Comply with the process and IS policies.
* Interaction with vendor for taking support reviews and making SIP's
BACKGROUND / COMPETENCIES/ CREDENTIALS:
Essential Education Background :
* Computer Science or Electronics / Telecom
Desired Education Background :
* MBA ( Not Mandatory )
* IT / Operation
Desired Technical / Functional Competencies :
* Know-how of Network devices ( wired and wireless). Configuration Management of Routers, WAN optimization tools and Firewall. Experience in Manufacturing sector.
* Proficient in use of MS Office and MS Project
Desired Behavioral Competencies:
* Team Worker
* Keen to learn
Other Desired Experience / Requirements (if any) :
* Experience in Large scale Network handling
* Certification in CCNP, CCIE etc
