Gather requirements and information. Guiding team on analysis to be performed on the financial data. Performing quality reviews on Analysts deliverables.
Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them.
Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery.
Qualification/Experience : CA/ MBA with 7-8 years of experience in Best Practice offshoring companies/Transaction Support/ Statutory Audit work /Financial Reporting and Analysis.
Ability to read, interpret financial statements and perform data analysis.
Expert knowledge of Excel (with basic knowledge of charts/ graphs / pivot table / macros.
Project management, leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills.
Proven experience in interacting with senior management of clients.
