-Knowledge of contracts, Terms & Conditions and relevant commercial laws and their impact
-Handling of RFP's and submission of Proposals, Closure of contracts
-Decision support capability for key negotiations (Vendors/Customers etc)
-Sharp Knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word, PPT)
-Strong Project and people management skills
-Familiarity with Indirect tax laws (Vat/Service tax etc)
-Knowledge of Project cost control and receivable management /control techniques
-Sound knowledge of cost structure/conduct reviews
-Customer relationship -Contract management,Risk management
-information management and ability to create early warning system
- Good experience in preparing costing sheets and finance proposals
