Job Description

Onboard and grow relationships with large NDU member firms

Lead and/or support the Director/Associate Director with business development initiatives with member firms

Actively build and manage the relationship and interface with key internal THE COMPANY and international member firm stakeholders

Act as an account manager for a smaller member firm or support account management activities for a large member firm

Identify and resolve key strategic issues at THE COMPANY

Strategic reporting for the Shareholder Committee and Leadership Meetings

Be responsible for design and quality of internal deliverables

Undertake assessments of competitor business and operating models to drive strategic change at THE COMPANY

Support the development of the Proposal Support and RPO teams

Direct and manage analysts and associates on internal projects

Recruit, manage and contribute to the development of junior staff

Experience and Background

MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution

Relevant experience (6+ years) gained in either corporate roles or strategy consultancies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High problem solving skills

Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills

Credible record of operating at a team management level

Be comfortable working to tight deadlines and demanding requirements

Driven and ability to work independently

Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work environments and locations
