Must contribute in initiating, developing and maintaining relationship with the builder community and establish contacts at Promoter level (i.e. decision makers).
Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company. Corporate lending division is focused on lending to real estate developers and projects pertaining to construction of residential units. We focus on Mumbai, Pune and NCR region.
Guide and monitor origination team to create suitable references, database and procure leads that can be converted into lending transactions.
Be responsible to spread the name of the company in the relevant market and create a brand image of the company of being responsible lender.
Act as a link between the borrowers, prospective borrowers and the credit lending team.
Ensure that deployment book is maintained at all times to the level as may be required by the top management
Keep abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the real estatesector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Working with international property management/ consultants/broker like knight frank, DTZ, CBRE, Cushman Wakefield and like. He must have worked in sourcing their business, especially for fund raising for their clients.
Must have very good understanding of real estate sector and also the financial markets, financial products
Proven experience ranging 10 - 12 years of strong relevant work experience refer role and responsibility para
Ability to suggest alternative solutions for ring-fencing a given transaction and thereby act as enabler while safeguarding the interest of the Company.
Ability to lead/work in a team environment
Proven ability to work under stress
Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA) is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be an expert in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
