ROLE : Client Solution Executive (The Client Solution Executive (CSE) is the lead Global Process Services sales person on a services sales
engagement and is responsible for the overall sales effort from qualification to deal closure.)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 15 years plus
The CSE is responsible for leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet the clients business needs.
They are required to have or develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.
The CSE is responsible for progressing qualified opportunities to deal closure for highly complex BPO solutions, which may include cross brand technology and services components, with senior client executives which include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors or evaluation committees.
They may manage multiple opportunities concurrently and have assigned sales, revenue and profitability targets for the opportunities, accounts and industries they support.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT :
Someone who has been in the region for 5-10 years at least
CRM experience either with BPO company or then runs it within the company.
