Job Description

Role:

Experience of 10-15 years in corporate investigation.
Should be able to manage projects of varying size including complex projects.
Manage investigations involving suspicions of fraud and misconduct by employees, management or third parties, as well as, fraudulent reporting on the part of management.
Should ideate and be proactive in identifying new solutions and using the existing variety of diagnostic and techniques to help determine key areas of fraud/investigations.
Manage and help set guidelines on how research and the investigation should be conducted.
Assist organizations in protecting value through the assessment of their vulnerability to fraud and misconduct.
Use a variety of diagnostic and forensic technology techniques.
Establish steps to test and help mitigate vulnerabilities to fraud and misconduct.
The candidate will drive the delivery of various engagements including undertaking status reviews, developing process frameworks for fraud monitoring systems, implementation methodology, training client personnel.
Build new business relationships which will be measured through revenue generation and financial targets.
Background in consulting preferably from the Big 4 or similar firms can be an added advantage.
Strong ability to map client business requirements and convert the same to a viable business proposition.
Will be able to take responsibility on revenue numbers and bring new clients to the group.
Strong communication skills with client facing experience with ability to interact and make presentations.
Strong team management responsibilities and people management skills. Should be able to lead by example and motivate the team and be a team player.
Provide strategic decisions to team and clients.
Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines.
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills with an ability to present information clearly and consistently."
