Responsible to lead / champion different Finance processes within the Corporate Functions umbrella at the Global Setup and will report to the Director Finance Operations.
Accountable to meet business and financial objectives including cost, quality and service levels
Maintain relationships with customers and meet service level expectations set and agreed upon. The role will monitor on a c ontinuous basis all leading indicators of performance, productivity, compliance, service levels and quality as well as customer satisfaction.
Role will include managing large team, supporting multiple geographies and managing SLAs/ metrics
Stabilize new migrations and meeting the customer expectations
Strong technical knowledge and have the ability to manage Finance & Accounting operations across different towers Order to Cash, Record to Report, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Experience with Accounting, AP, Reconciliation, Reporting processes strongly preferred
Strong record of managing multiple client engagements, relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to lead a large team with minimal intervention
