Required Skills -
Manage a Technology specific team and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients.
Own the complete accountability of delivering recruitment services on time & achieve the budgeted profitability for the respective team.
Mentor and develop technical and sourcing skills in Associates, Senior Associates.
Regular interaction via. Phone, email, skype and in person as required with the Clients as required to achieve closures of recruitment mandates, efficiently
Take up first level escalations from Clients and candidates.
Responsible for process implementation with respective team for efficient service delivery and adhering to the same.
Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverable within the defined framework and as per the timelines.
Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management.
The Person should be dynamic with a track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota
