Job Description

Manage all Electro mechanical equipments such as HVAC high side and low side, UPS, PAC, DG, Air conditioners, Batteries, Security Systems like Fire Alarm system, PA Systems, Access Control, CCTV surveillance System & Fire Hydrant System across facilities
Responsible for operations & sustainability KPIs and SLA
Plan and manage the M&E budgets for operation including costing ( cost control, cost management measures)
Strategize and implement renewable power purchase at best value terms and plan for long term energy security challenge
Implement smart processes and systems to improve monitoring and tracking of energy consumption & wastage through smart metering & other allied systems
Provide inputs M&E design inputs for all new facility design development
Lead & Manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program for the function across locations & also introduce initiatives such as 5s, 6 sigma etc., to improve safety and efficiency of operations
Evaluate and monitor performance of critical parameters of all men and machinery with customer and vendors
Liaison with local authorities (SEB, PCB. Inspectorate to factory etc.,) for various documentation compliance.
Responsible for AMC management, Vendor Performance Management, which would include vendor evaluation , conduct of timely vendor review meetings, and engagement value
Carry out Technical Audits for all installations at periodical intervals
Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and maintain inventory.
Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in line with Asset Maintenance Plan/PPM
Meet/exceed all KPIs/SLA with respective availability of critical services
Adopt latest technology in Improving Equipment Life Cycle and reducing the maintenance & operational costs
Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders, driving service improvement activities.
Ensure key risks are identified, escalated and managed appropriately
Compliance management with respect to statutory laws
