Job Description

Summary:

To create and oversee the implementation of, world-class creative business communications with particular responsibility towards the artwork.

The level of overall responsibility is based on the seniority of the individual position holder.

Responsibilities & Account-abilities:-

Generate and develop concepts and ideas which meet the requirements of the brief, meet client branding standards and are of a consistently high standard.
Ability to explain supporting rationale for all work.
Ability to challenge clients / internal teams when appropriate in order to raise the agency's creative offering.
Attend client presentations or pitch presentations as required.
Work across all agency teams as appropriate to projects.
Work with the Client Servicing and Planning teams regarding marketing and creative strategies for brand concepts, providing insight and challenging the brief as appropriate.
Ensure all work is done to agreed deadlines and within budget.
Use time-sheet to record all work.
Establishes tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives.
To write unique and optimized content for the across a range of subjects. Writes all copy, including but not limited to headlines; editorial copy; scripts for audio/video recordings; quizzes; questionnaires; Provides substantive editing or rewriting of client-supplied copy as necessary.
Responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every word as well as the overall message within a creative assignment. Proactively defines and assembles all necessary content assets with the Art Director and Producer.
Works daily with the Producer to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget. Report to Copy Head, Interactions with CD, Copy Head, Producer, Art Director, Designers.
Mentoring of juniors, Team building, Handling larger project, Achievement of awards & recognition.

To provide an expert level of support and advice to creative teams on copy and offer ideas, guidance and technical expertise.
Collaborate with the Client Servicing team to ensure projects with Award potential are given the focus they deserve.
Work is completed based on agreed deadlines and within budget.
Direct photo shoots as appropriate.
Guide junior teams in their interaction with photographers, Illustrators and retouchers.
Meet and continually assess all vendors currently available.
